Safe to let it work
How the FaceMeet AI coworker keeps your company's work under your control.
Your yes before anything happens
It reads your apps to do its work. Anything that sends, pays, books or deletes waits for your yes. You approve the whole task once, in the app or in Slack, Teams, WhatsApp or text. Saving an email draft sends nothing, so it can do that on its own.
Your rules for each app
Set each app to read and ask before changes, to make changes without asking, or to stay out. Select "Always allow" when approving to change the rule for that app. Saved tools that change things ask before each run unless you switch them to run without asking.
Keys and passwords
Keys you add for apps and APIs go into an encrypted vault and are never shown again, in chat or anywhere else. It never asks anyone for a password; when it needs access to a tool, it asks to be invited as a user.
Company sign-in
Owners and admins verify the company's email domain with a DNS record, then can require everyone on it to sign in with Google Workspace or the company's own single sign-on (SAML), such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID. An admin cannot turn this on without signing in that way first, so nobody is locked out.
Spending limits and a full record
Each person has a daily spending limit. Ad budgets it sets are checked against a limit you choose. Every app it read or changed, and every task you approved, is recorded on the Activity page in Company settings.
Private notes stay private
Each person's private notes are theirs. What the coworker learns about the role is approved by a manager before it becomes shared knowledge for the role.
Tested every night
Every night it is given real tasks from real conversations and graded, so a mistake is found and fixed the next day.
