Roles you can take

No office jobs in cities you will not move to. Location, remote, relocation and visa needs all count.

Your words, sharpened

A resume and cover letter written for each listing from your own resume and what you told him. Nothing made up.

A sixty-second video

Optional. He coaches you through it, and employers who meet you can watch it.

Companies that just raised

Funding news in your field, because companies that just raised tend to hire next.

Alerts you will not miss

Email, a push notification and, if you want, a text when an employer wants to meet you.

Always free

Employers pay for introductions. People looking for work never pay anything.

Before you talk to Yanis.

Is it really free if I am looking for work?

Yes. Yanis, the roles, your resume and cover letters and every introduction are free for people looking for work. Employers pay; you never do.

Who can see my profile?

Nobody can browse your profile. When an employer's role fits you, Arianna shows the hiring side an anonymous summary with no name, no photo and no employers. They only see your profile if you say yes to meeting them.

Does Yanis apply to jobs for me?

No. He finds roles that fit, explains them, writes your resume and cover letter for each one from your own words, and sends you to the employer's site to apply. You stay in control of every application.

Will Yanis make things up on my resume?

No. Every line comes from the resume you added or something you told him. If a role asks for something you have not described, he says so instead of inventing it.
