A few answers.
A clearer next step.
Hiring, video introductions and your professional network.
What does FaceMeet do?
FaceMeet helps employers find and review relevant candidates through video responses and work evidence. The app also connects talent, founders and investors.
How does hiring work?
Record a role, approve its requirements and activate the search. FaceMeet finds and invites relevant candidates. Review their answers and evidence, qualify your shortlist and schedule interviews.
What does hiring cost?
A search costs $250 to activate. The $750 success fee applies when you hire a FaceMeet-introduced candidate under the written offer process. See hiring pricing and payment terms for details.
Do candidates pay to apply or interview?
No. Applying and participating in hiring interviews are free for candidates. Hiring interviews are included with an activated search; neither participant spends Sparks.
How long is the video response?
The guided response is one continuous 60-second video, with two questions and up to 30 seconds for each answer. You can read both questions before recording.
Can I respond from my phone?
Yes. Open the opportunity on your phone, or scan its QR code from your desktop, then follow the recording and submission steps.
Does recording my profile apply me to every role?
No. Your reusable introduction prepares your profile. You choose the opportunities you want to apply for and control your discovery preferences.
What are Sparks for?
Sparks support networking actions in FaceMeet. They are separate from hiring-search fees. The app shows the cost before you confirm a Spark action.
Who makes the hiring decision?
The employer does. Assessments organize relevant evidence to support human review; a score does not replace the employer’s decision.
