Payment Terms

These terms explain what you can buy from FaceMeet and how you are charged. Card payments on the website and web app are processed by Stripe. Purchases inside the FaceMeet mobile app may be processed by Apple or Google under their own terms.

Hiring with Arianna

No subscription. Employers pay $50 per role when they ask to meet their first possible match for that role, and $950 when they tell Arianna they hired someone through FaceMeet. Yanis, roles, resumes, cover letters and introductions are free for people looking for work.

AI Coworker

Companies start with their first 2,500 credits per role on us, with every feature and no card, for up to 30 days. When the credits run out or the 30 days end, whichever comes first, agents pause until the company starts a paid plan. After that, Starter is $50 and Pro is $100 per role with a person in it, per month, on one company bill, with 2,500 or 5,000 credits a month per role in one shared balance. A person added to a role during the month is charged pro rata on the next bill. Boosts cost $20 for each extra 800 credits and are valid for 12 months. Starter and Pro can also be paid 6 months at a time for 20% less ($240 and $480 per role) or 12 months at a time for 30% less ($420 and $840 per role), with the same credits each month, all added at the start of the period. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

Remi

Remi starts with your first 4,000 credits on us, with no card, for up to 30 days. When the credits run out or the 30 days end, whichever comes first, Remi pauses until you start the plan. After that, Remi is $50 a month with 4,000 credits a month. Boosts cost $20 for 1,200 extra credits and are valid for 12 months. Remi can also be paid 6 months at a time for $240 or 12 months at a time for $420, with 4,000 credits each month, all added at the start of the period. Cancelling stops the next renewal. If FaceMeet grants you free months through the Remi Career Improvement Program, you also add a card when you start; it is not charged during the granted months, and the normal price applies after them unless you cancel.

Automatic renewal and cancelling

Plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: Remi from Remi's settings, and AI Coworker from Company settings by the company owner. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the trial or the month you paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not refund past periods; see the Refund Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email before the change applies to you.

Credits

Credits pay for the work agents do, for example 1 credit for an answer or a morning message and 15 credits a minute for voice. The current amounts are on the Pricing page. Monthly credits do not roll over to the next month. Boost credits last 12 months. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

Purchases in the FaceMeet app

Any purchase made inside the FaceMeet mobile app is processed by Apple or Google under their terms. App subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date in the Apple or Google billing settings.

What users cannot buy or sell

FaceMeet is a trusted network where connections begin through real conversations and professional introductions. FaceMeet does not allow user-to-user payments, tipping, paid private videos, paid live cam activity, paid messages, escort services, prostitution, paid dating, compensation-based dating, adult entertainment, creator adult content, OnlyFans-style promotion, or user monetization.

Creator and referral promotions

FaceMeet may run marketing referral or affiliate-style creator promotions to help it acquire verified members. These are not adult creator monetization, user-to-user payments, tipping, paid private video, paid live cam activity, or ordinary user payouts.

Taxes

Prices do not include sales tax or similar taxes, which are added where the law requires.
