From a brief to a conversation

Make the first meeting
a better one.

You bring the opportunity. We help the right people see it—and give you the evidence to decide who to meet.

01

Say who you need.

Create any role, choose or enter a category, and record a 60-second brief or start with a job description. Confirm the skills, outcomes and practical requirements that matter. Review the suggested interview questions, or write your own, before starting the search.

Create your role
02

Let the opportunity travel.

FaceMeet looks in its talent network and appropriate external sources. Relevant people receive an invitation to see the role. Starting a search also queues public sharing to connected FaceMeet social channels; the dashboard shows whether each post is queued, published or waiting for a connection.

03

Hear back from people who are interested.

Candidates see two role-specific questions before recording, then answer each in up to 30 seconds. They can pause between answers, review their video and submit their résumé and relevant work.

04

See the evidence behind the shortlist.

Review up to twenty qualified applicants. Scores have a role-specific rubric, evidence and clear gaps. If fewer people qualify, the list stays shorter.

How we assess candidates
05

Have the conversation. Make the offer.

Meet your shortlist, agree the terms and sign the written offer. The hire is confirmed after both parties sign.
